Olives, vineyards, meadows and flowers are the setting for what was an old farmhouse that has become an elegant villa , thanks to a skilful renovation, made with lots of love and passion,. Just at the sight of the large garden, of about 10,000 square meters, you can breathe calm and tranquility, and discover the history and traditions inside the house, through furnishings and finishes treated in detail, that are the result of passionate researches between markets and antiques fairs.

Villa Poggio del Noce is composed of a main structure and an annexe. The main house, located on two floors, accommodates up to 12 people, on 5 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom complete with shower. The suite room is equipped with an additional sofa bed. All rooms are provided with linens. On the ground floor there is a large dining room with fireplace, sofas and dining table. Close to this room , there is the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, and a late 19th century cupboard. To complete the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Next to the house, for those who want more privacy, the charming annex with a double room and bathroom.
